The balancing machine is used for low-speed balancing of the rotor assembly in the turbocharger cartridge and for checking the turbocharger oil leakage after the assembly operation.

The balancing machine is needed to eliminate technological imbalance that occurs during assembly of the turbocharger cartridge.

• The test bench has a high accuracy for unbalance determination (0.4 g∙mm/kg).
• Rotation of the shaft is carried out with the help of the machine's air system.
• A hydraulic system with an oil heating system recreates conditions close to real ones.
• The cartridge mounting system allows all types of turbochargers to be mounted using the jigs supplied.
• Bottom feed adapters are available for turbochargers.
• The balancing system displays the balancing process in real time and monitors the unbalance behavior of the rotor on the screen to achieve the best possible result.

The final balancing of the rotor after assembly in the housing is carried out on the additive balancing stand. Only the outer elements of the rotor—wheel nut and turbine shaft boss—are available for unbalance correction.
