Used for balancing large turbochargers of special vehicles, railway and marine turbines, industrial turbochargers for gas piston and diesel power plants. This is an enlarged version of the DBST-10, specially designed for large turbines weighing up to 30 kg.

The stand is used for balancing turbocharger cartridges at low speeds and checking assembled turbochargers for oil leaks. The large turbine shaft diameter and low speeds (up to 50,000 rpm) allow the cartridge to be finely balanced on this bench.

• The test bench has high accuracy for unbalance determination (0.4 g∙mm/kg).
• Rotation of the shaft on the stand is carried out with the help of the machine's air system.
• A hydraulic system with oil heating system recreates the balancing conditions close to real ones.
• The cartridge mounting system allows all types of turbochargers to be mounted on the machine using the jigs supplied.
• The balancing system displays the process in real time and monitors the unbalance behavior of the rotor for the best result.
