The used 6,000 bph edible oil bottling line processes edible oil into 1-liter PET bottles, operating at a rated speed of 6,000 bottles per hour. The configuration includes equipment from various manufacturers, integrated to ensure continuous and reliable operation during the filling, labeling, packaging, and palletizing phases. Operators successfully shut down the entire system in December 2022. The machines are currently dismantled and stored in suitable conditions. Therefore, the line is immediately available for transfer and reuse. Overall, the facility represents a compact yet complete solution for medium-scale production. Container Formation: KOSME Blow Molding Machines The 6,000-bottle per hour (bph) edible oil bottling line includes two KOSME blow molding machines, model KSB3000, built in 2001. Each unit operates with a preform container and an automatic conveyor system that feeds the blow molding machine. As a result, the system supports on-site bottle production, reducing logistics costs and improving plastic material handling. Furthermore, the dual-machine configuration improves production continuity and minimizes downtime. Cooling System: MTA Chiller and Air Conveyors An MTA chiller, model TAE 051, built in 2000, cools the molds in the blow molding machines. Additionally, KOSME air conveyors, model L2000, built in 1999, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, transfer the blown bottles to the filling monoblock. Specifically, the system includes electrical cabinets with integrated PLCs and integrated air filters. Therefore, it ensures effective airflow control and maintains consistent air quality. From a technical standpoint, this contributes to long-term reliability and hygienic conditions. Filling Monoblock: ICS RVP-12/ZS-3N The ICS filling monoblock, model RVP-12/ZS-3N, built in 1995, is the heart of the 6,000-bottle-per-hour bottling line used for edible oil. This machine doses edible oil precisely, ensuring product integrity and consistent filling volumes. Furthermore, the system synchronizes with upstream and downstream units, ensuring stable operation even under variable load conditions. Likewise, its mechanical structure simplifies maintenance and spare parts replacement. Labeler: ICS with cold glue An ICS labeler, model ERG-6/2/2, built in 1995, applies paper labels using cold glue. Specifically, the machine ensures proper adhesion on PET containers. Furthermore, it supports the 1-liter format used throughout the line. In practice, this technology remains widely adopted for packaging edible oils. Therefore, the labeling unit integrates efficiently into the overall production layout. In short, it provides a cost-effective solution without compromising performance. Internal handling and packaging: ICS conveyors, installed in 1995, connect all key stations. The line then moves on to the packaging stage. It includes an ICS case packer, model Vlaga 2IC, which arranges the bottles in transport boxes in a 3x5 layout. Simultaneously, a SMIPACK BP802ARV 280R-SP shrinkwrapper, model 2013, wraps the bottles in film in a 2x5 configuration. As a result, double packaging options offer flexibility based on market or customer needs. Overall, these systems improve final presentation and transport efficiency. Palletizing and Installed Power: A ZLATOROG pallet wrapper, model OP161, built in 1999, handles end-of-line palletizing operations. In terms of power, the entire system of the 6,000 bph edible oil bottling line used requires 495 kW of installed power, including machinery, compressors, and chillers. Therefore, operators must evaluate the compatibility of the electrical infrastructure before reinstallation. Ultimately, this line offers a complete, turnkey solution for edible oil bottling, from container production to palletized production.
