Complete Feed Mill 10 ton/h --- Complete feed 10ton/h The system is composed of a cereal exhaust pit, with a flow rate of 40 ton/h, which through a cochlean system transports them into storage silos. Along the way there is a "cleaner" of the grenades, which removes the impurities. The all -automatic exhaust pit is equipped with a dust suction and filtering system. From storage silos the raw materials are "called" in the internal cells through a computerized system that manages the load so that no ingredient is never lacking according to the productions of the moment. Also via PC the various recipes are then managed. The components are weighed in a special container by 1,000 kg based on the type of feed you want to produce. Once weighed, the mixture the same passes in a first two -naspi mixer that has the function of making the grenade homogeneous in order to have a grounding without consumption peaks due to the different consistency of the cereals (e.g. barley vs. soya flour) as well as having a first homogenization of the product. We then move on to the grinding phase, with two mills equipped with 125 HP engine each; In one of them, an additional HP 60 engine is mounted for the coarse grinding of some productions. Once the grinding has been made, the premiscela is aspirated in a further container, and liquid products also managed by PC and microelements such as vitamins and additives are added to the journey. Then for fall, the premiscela descends into the mixer, equipped with load cells, for the definitive homogenization of the requested product. The grinding time and mixing is about 4 minutes per 1000 kg cycle of product, for a 10 ton/h hourly capacity. Once the mixing phase is finished, the feed takes the destination of the external storage silos of the finished product and/or in the exact.
