Description
COMPLETE FEED MILL 10 Tons/h --- COMPLETE FEED MILL 10 Tons/h The plant consists of a grain unloading pit, with a capacity of 40 tons/h, which transports the grain to the storage silos via a system of augers. Along the way, there is a grain "cleaner" that removes impurities. The fully automatic unloading pit is equipped with a dust extraction and filtering system. From the storage silos, the raw materials are "called" into the internal cells by a computerized system that manages their loading so that no ingredient is ever missing based on current production. The various recipes are then also managed via PC. The components are weighed in a special 1,000 kg container based on the type of feed to be produced. Once the mix has been weighed, it passes into a first mixer with two reels, which homogenizes the grain, ensuring a smooth grinding without consumption peaks due to different grain consistencies (e.g., barley vs. soy flour), as well as providing initial product homogenization. The next step is the grinding phase, with two mills each equipped with a 125 hp motor; one of them is equipped with an additional 60 hp motor for coarse grinding of certain products. Once the grinding is complete, the premix is sucked into another container, and along the way, liquid products, also managed by a computer, and microelements such as vitamins and additives are added. The premix then gravity-feeds into the mixer, equipped with load cells, for final homogenization of the required product. The grinding and mixing time is approximately 4 minutes per cycle for 1,000 kg of product, for an hourly capacity of 10 tons/h. Once the mixing phase is complete, the feed is transported to external silos for storing the finished product and/or bagging. This includes the boiler, pipes, tanks, (NO SILOS), etc. Total value: €99,000 ex-works ==> REDUCED TO €79,000
