I am selling a double-hearth furnace for water-quenching polymer or oil-quenching heavy sheet metal, forged bars, forgings, and thick-walled tubes.
Built in 2012 CE,
the furnace consists of a chamber with 20 burners. The internal dimensions of the furnace are 2.5 m wide, 2.20 m high, and a total length of 14 m. The maximum operating temperature is 1200°C.
The furnace's combustion chamber can be lifted, allowing the used quenching furnace to move on rails to begin the new heat treatment on the hearth part where the new load is to be carried out. This system allows the 90 tons of load to be placed overnight and found ready for oil-quenching or water-quenching the next morning. The cooling tower is also available.
