Automatic Palletizer, model 2010, already disassembled and immediately available for sale.

The first four photos and the video were taken directly by the manufacturer to show the assembled and functioning machinery.

Features:

We can find carton conveyors with motorized rollers at the machine infeed and pneumatically controlled spacers installed between the row preparation rollers to create spaces between the boxes. This occurs when required by the table configuration.

How it works:

An electropneumatically controlled rotation device orients the boxes 90° when required by the palletizing configuration.

Used electromechanically controlled palletizer for transferring the product rows and for moving the table in the palletizing head.

The intermediate table holds the rows of boxes before they are pushed into the gripping head.

The palletizing head with electromechanically controlled lateral compaction guides and a lower platform, which opens in two directions, also electromechanically controlled. This system allows the product to be positioned on the outer perimeter, leaving empty spaces inside the worktop when necessary.

The main structure consists of a double column on a solid base with height-adjustable supports. Counterweights are located inside the column for balancing. The motorized roller pallet conveyors inside the machine do not have an interlayer magazine, which is used to divide the different lines of the carton layout. Additional pallet conveyors can be added as needed.

The Mondo&scaglione touch-screen display is used to control machine functions, format changes, and display any malfunctions.

The machine is equipped with an electrical system, an electrical panel with low-voltage controls, safety devices, and accident prevention devices.

The machine is controlled by a Siemens S7 series PLC.

If additional equipment is installed, the PLC and electrical panel system are expanded to receive this signal for synchronization.

Disassembled in perfect working order, light maintenance is recommended before starting work.
