MACHINE TYPE: The carton checkweigher is designed for continuous weight control of packages. The machine consists of two main structures: the weight detection system, which supports the weighing conveyor, and the system for diverting non-compliant packages. An infeed conveyor evenly spaced the incoming packages, while an outfeed conveyor, located downstream from the weighing conveyor, is equipped with an ejection device that diverts out-of-tolerance and unweighable packages from the line. INDUSTRY OF USE: Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices. SPECIAL FEATURES: The scale can be integrated into a conveyor line for objects of any nature and shape. As the object passes over the scale plate, it takes a short time for the scale to stabilize and detect the object's proportional weight. After reading the weight, the packages pass onto the outfeed conveyor, where the diversion system handles the non-compliant packages. The machine operates independently from the downstream machine and the speed of the conveyor belts is adjustable.
