SPECIAL FEATURES:
Blister machine designed to form PVC/ALU blisters (if appropriately equipped, it can process various forming/lidding materials such as ALU/ALU, Polypropylene, PET, PVC + Aclar®, COC). The unit shapes the cavities on the forming material, feeds differently shaped products into the cavities (capsules, tablets, oblongs, etc.), seals the lidding material, and discharges the blisters onto the outfeed conveyor. Design, production and ergonomics, in compliance with cGMP standards. Operator-side work area, separate from the mechanics located at the rear. Oil-bath mechanical movements for improved efficiency and reduced maintenance. Alternating movement for forming, coding and cutting of blisters and continuous movement for loading the product onto the belt and sealing the lid material. Product loading area separate from the lidding/sealing area. Easy format changeover.
