MACHINE TYPE:
The ALLPRINT laser system consists of a power supply unit and a marking unit.
The power supply unit is controlled via the control panel, or
via the Smart Navigator or Smart Job software on a PC. A printing head is mounted on the marking unit.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
The continuous or pulsed CO2 laser produces an invisible infrared laser beam
with a limited beam diameter.
To better focus the laser beam, it is first broadened
using a telescope.
The broadened laser beam reaches the printing head where it strikes two movable mirrors.
These reflect it so that it follows the line segments of the selected pattern. The line segments are divided into individual vectors (X and Y coordinates). Thanks to this alignment of the vectors, the marking is created on the product surface. The laser beam moves, "writing" on the product surface.
The Advanced Controller Card (ACC) in the power supply unit calculates the vectors and controls the laser.
Before the reflected laser beam hits the product surface, it is focused by the theta-F lens. The marking generally occurs at the focal point of the laser beam.
