The UDA150-S is a very compact, stand-alone coding system. It is suitable for folding cartons, labels, single sheets, and all types of material blanks. The UDA is designed for integration with a wide variety of printing systems, offering high flexibility. Its application range includes variable data, sequential numbering, as well as pricing and content information. Barcodes and logos are also easily printable. Furthermore, the UDA is ideal for addressing and personalization as well as printing in commercial applications. FEATURES:
The material blanks are transferred from one stack to the other and controlled by an adjustable light barrier, thus allowing for precisely positioned prints. The highly reliable separation device, which was developed by Metronic itself, allows for recharging even during the printing process. Depending on the print image and the size of the printed material, the UDA runs at a speed of 180 touches per minute. The maximum print area is 50 x 80 mm.
