Designed, built, and used for drying plant-based foods (tomatoes, peppers, courgettes, mushrooms, apples, plums, fruit in general, and other food products). The operating principle is based on the removal of moisture from food products through the forced circulation of hot, dry air (a completely natural process). The machine is equipped with an automatic washing system.

Continuous drying module.
This module consists of continuous conveyor belts arranged on 13 overlapping levels resting on special sliding guides, constructed from AISI 85°C stainless steel, suitable for food use and easy to clean. The specific arrangement of the belts allows for uniform product processing.

Automatic washing module.
This module consists of a washing tank (located in the lower part of the dryer), a lifting pump, a closed coil for the passage of heating fluid (steam/hot water), a manifold with special holes for the distribution of the washing water, and a self-cleaning rotary filter for water recycling. Washing operations are controlled by a PLC and are carried out during production downtime, with the option of adding a sanitizing detergent. Washing must be carried out at least once a week.

The machine complies with Industry 4.0 requirements as it is interconnectable.
