Complete Used PET Bottling Line by Sipa – 12,000 bph
This used bottling line is older but highly functional and still performs its job well. It reaches a speed of 12,000 bph; variable, depending on the format handled, including: 0.50 L; 1 L; 1.5 L.

The machine works with PET bottles and produces both still and sparkling water.

Blower
We begin the line with a large Sipa Sfr12 blower from the 2000 SFR model range: flexible, reliable, and easy to use: high speed for optimal container quality. SIPA SFR rotary blowers ensure the industrial production of high-quality containers at the highest production rates available on the market. SIPA has developed its range of rotary blowers for high production speeds, a flexible blowing process, and ease of use.

The preforms are unloaded in bulk into the preform hopper and then transported by an elevator belt, the speed of which is controlled by the machine's electronics. They are then loaded onto the conveyor chain to be sent to the conditioning ovens via a mechanical starwheel. Before the preforms enter the ovens, two important quality checks are performed.

The preforms are transported through the oven neck down while being heated with standard infrared lamps. Each oven module and lamp can be adjusted in position and power, thus ensuring maximum flexibility in process setup.

The blown bottles are removed from the molds and sent to the ejection guides via a wheel and a series of mechanically synchronized grippers.

Sarcmi filling monoblock from the complete bottling line
Continuing with the bottling systems, we find the filling monoblock, well maintained despite its age, dating back to 1994; it is a Sarcmi Bluestar 2R model. It

consists of an internal rinser with 40 bottle valves, followed by an isobaric filler with 60 taps, and finally an 8-head capper. All safety guards are present, as are any machine manuals. The bottled product on this line is still pure water and sparkling water in 0.50 L, 1 L, and 1.5 L formats.

Isobaric filling is performed with a mobile nozzle and traditional valve. A vacuum system is generated before capping.

Labeling machine.
This used bottling line for sale is followed by a Simonazzi labeling machine, also from 1994.

The machine is designed to process various PET bottle formats. The formats are: 0.50 L, 1 L, and 1.5 L. The machine is currently still in production, so it is in perfect working order.

The speed can reach up to 12,000 bottles per hour. The labeling machine has some spare parts available.

The modular system allows only those necessary for glue, adhesive, or mixing between them to be used. The mechanical carriage supporting the station is equipped with a quick-release system, connected via an electrical socket to the central PLC, from which it receives the stored recipes for the adhesive labels.

The glue units are equipped with anti-solid systems to keep the glue constantly warm and prevent clogging in the glue loading system on the central distribution roller.
