DELTA LC-400 GRINDING MACHINE WITH REINFORCED COLUMN WITH ROTARY TABLE AND MAGNETIC TABLE REFURBISHED AND SUITABLE MACHINE FEATURES • Base and column support arm: made of monolithic cast iron of the highest quality with ribs in the points subjected to the greatest stress, so as to allow maximum rigidity to the grinding wheel head. • Grinding wheel motor head: composed of a special externally ventilated and dynamically balanced three-phase motor, whose large spindle rotates on special bearings suitable for high speeds. • Column: cast iron, hinged on the special arm by means of large adjustable tapered roller bearings, to allow maximum rigidity to bending. • Rapid vertical feed: obtained by means of a graduated handwheel that acts on a pair of helical gears, so as to allow a feed of 2 mm with each revolution. • Micrometric vertical feed: by means of a pawl located on the handwheel drum; it can be engaged or disengaged, allowing direct readings on the handwheel vernier of 0.01 mm.
