MACHINE TYPE:
The CAM model smash compact 1/S case packing machine, overhauled by APRIL FA.R.MA in 2014, is a reciprocating motion machine designed to stack cases and insert them into shipping cartons previously retrieved from the dedicated warehouse, formed, and placed in front of the hopper.

SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

PECULIARITIES:
The machine is composed of three main parts:
– automatic stacker: groups the products in the erector according to the established arrangement.
– Carton erector: unfolds the carton and transports it to the insertion hopper to allow the subsequent insertion of the cases or bundles inside the carton.
– Closing module – taping machine: closes the flaps of the carton by applying tape and then transports it to the exit.
The working speed depends on the type of product and the feeding options. Speeds of up to 16 boxes per minute can be reached depending on the product arrangement. Format changeovers are generally completed in about 20/30 minutes. Complete with inspection manuals.
