MACHINE TYPE:
The machine picks up a stack of flat cartons and places them on a loader with two motorized conveyor belts. The front carton is pulled out of the loader by suction cups, the carton is opened into a rectangle and transferred to a series of side-grip conveyor belts, the flaps are folded, and the carton is positioned. The machine checks whether the carton is open and compensates by individually stopping the side belts. Finally, the bottom flaps of the box are sealed with adhesive tape and final cut. The side and top of the Superformer are enclosed with a safety guard and sliding door for complete safety.
