MACHINE DESCRIPTION:
Fully automatic, horizontal, intermittent cartoner for pre-folded cases with flaps or flaps. The KP600 is designed for efficient and versatile production, with an output of up to 60 cases per minute. This machine can insert even the most fragile items into their cases without scratches or marks. This remarkable result is achieved thanks to the carton transfer using plastic belts and the very precise flap closure, which is performed only when the case stops at each dedicated station. The KP600's fully mechanical drive, combined with a limited number of consumables, ensures its reliability and durability over the years. Furthermore, its small footprint ensures simple and efficient installation in your production area. Changeovers are very quick and ergonomic. A single operator can perform a format changeover in 10 minutes, with virtually no tools.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
Pre-folded cartons are placed on an inclined magazine feeder. The cartons are picked up and opened by two arms equipped with suction cups. The opened carton is transferred between the upper and lower belts of the secondary conveyor, where it is held in place by plastic clips. Movement is ensured by the motorized upper conveyor. The product is inserted into the carton through a tunnel using an insertion tool equipped with automatic overload protection. The closing system ensures perfect closure. Each movement is mechanical and linear. Adjustments are centralized and simplified. This concept allows full repeatability and short changeover times
