MACHINE TYPE:
The BA100 series cartoners are horizontal, reciprocating-motion machines, specifically designed to solve the main cartoning problems for medium-sized production runs. Product selection can be set using the display panel. Once the carton is filled, it is closed using mechanical levers. If the carton is found to be correct during tests carried out along its path, it is closed. Finally, the completed cartons are fed into the line. If, however, the carton is found to be incorrect, it is automatically rejected and ejected.

The sectors of use include the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and miscellaneous industries.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
The cartoning cycle is completely automatic. The main machine movements are protected by guards. An operator panel, function keys, and a numeric keypad are incorporated into the control panel. The machine is designed and built to be integrated into a continuous-cycle production line. Checks are carried out on the packaged products to ensure maximum quality of packaging coming out of the machine. The construction is completely mechanical and requires minimal maintenance, facilitated by wide accessibility to all its parts. The machine is complete with a feeding unit for cylindrical, oval or even rectangular bottles. It is also equipped with an ARGUS LAETUS control system for checking the case, instruction leaflet or labels and feeding the pre-folded leaflet.
