MACHINE TYPE:
Automatic rotary cap feeder. This medium-sized vibrating cap sorter facilitates the rapid and reliable packaging of pharmaceuticals, personal care products, food, specialty chemicals, and other products during the packaging process. It features a steel hopper elevator that transports material from the hopper through the feeder to the outlet. The fixed hopper is high enough for manual loading. The load is lifted, grouped, and then fed.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
The sorter is equipped with a plexiglass guard; the elevator hopper is made of stainless steel and is protected by a tilting, transparent polycarbonate dust cover. The feeding is guaranteed by a polyurethane conveyor belt made up of a series of blades in order to elevate the component up to the sorting point.
