MACHINE TYPE:
Bernay Automation automatic rotary jar sorter. This model is a medium-sized vibrating sorter that facilitates the rapid and reliable packaging of pharmaceuticals, personal care products, food, specialty chemicals, and other products during the packaging process. It is equipped with a steel hopper elevator that transports material from the hopper through the feeder to the outlet. The fixed hopper can be loaded manually thanks to its height. The load is lifted, grouped, and finally fed.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
The sorter is equipped with a plexiglass guard, stainless steel construction, quick change, and a rotating sorting disk. The elevator hopper is made of stainless steel and is protected by a tilting, transparent polycarbonate dust cover. The feeding is ensured by a polyurethane conveyor belt made up of a series of paddles designed to lift the component to the sorting point. The sorter is equipped with a format that can accommodate jars up to a diameter of 90 mm.
