Let's start with the used Bortolin Kemo automatic depalletizer, model depalterm SP/02/V.

It features the distinction of being the first to be built with a film cutter; all modifications were first tested and developed with this machine in mind. The operator loads the platform onto a roller conveyor, which can hold three full pallets.

The operation involves cutting the first layer using a rotating blade that cuts the upper part at the flap height, thus keeping all the bottles compact. The platform is transferred to the internal conveyor belt.

The first layer of the pallet has a manual flap removal device where the flap is removed. From the subsequent layers, the nylon is cut and suctioned from the opposite side. The used depalletizer separates all the layers and pallets and is therefore equipped with a storage area for them. This

is a very important ecological feature, allowing for the separation of plastic, wood, and paper. Sorted in the appropriate containers.
