This used automatic depalletizer was dismantled in September 2021 but is in perfect condition.

The required space for the operation is approximately 20 square meters,
including a bottle alignment platform, safety barrier, and pallet conveyors.

How the Acmi Stratos works:

This depalletizer is automatic, meaning that human intervention is only required at the beginning of its use:

to insert the pallet of empty bottles into the designated space.

Then, simply cut the film surrounding the bottles and remove the intermediate plastic layer.

Once this operation is completed, the Acmi depalletizer picks up a full layer of empty bottles and lifts them.

The bottles are all together and deposited on the bottle alignment platform to which it is connected.

This is motorized and synchronized with the movement of the depalletizer during unloading.

It aligns bottles exiting the used automatic depalletizer and then transports them onto motorized conveyor belts.

The ACMI depalletizer is controlled by software that guides all glass bottle unloading steps.

All moving parts are protected by intrusion barriers to prevent operators from entering during processing.

This is achieved by both physically positioned safety barriers and barriers created using photocells.

However, this used Acmi depalletizer creates a safety perimeter that automatically disarms if an operator enters.

The safety devices are activated and the Acmi depalletizer disconnects the entire unit from movement,
thus ensuring the safety of the operator and other workers on the line.

There are no automatic conveyor belts for loading pallets, but they can be added to the used automatic depalletizer.

In this case, an addition to the Acmi depalletizer's PLC and the program is required.
