SPECIAL FEATURES:
ERWEKA tablet hardness testers and combination tablet testers now offer the choice of performing the test under “Constant Speed” and “Constant Force” measuring conditions. When using “Constant Speed” the test jaw is moved at a constant speed (adjustable from 0.05 to 3.00 mm/sec.) to break, with the “Constant Force” system the test jaw increases the pressure on the linear sample constantly (adjustable from 10 – 200 N/sec.). The choice of measuring principle to be used is up to the user and can be selected in a few seconds via the integrated Adjustment Menu of each Tester.
