DESCRIPTION

Vertical laminar flow hood made entirely of satin-finish 304 stainless steel.

PECULIARITIES:
The BHA model laminar flow benches with partial expulsion and protective barrier have been designed both to protect the material being handled from contamination and to safeguard the operator and the environment from the risk of microbial contamination. These benches belong to Class II of BS 5726, which means that their function is to protect both the operator and the sample, ensuring conditions of absolute sterility.
The filtered, dust-free, and sterile air emerging from the main HEPA filter ensures excellent laminar flow at worktop level thanks to its balanced perforation and generous suction at the front, calculated to create a protective barrier and prevent exchanges of potentially contaminated internal air with the outside. The sum of these two air volumes reaches the HEPA filter plenum, where part is recycled through the main filter (70%) and the rest is evacuated through the exhaust filter. The equipment is supplied fully assembled. Product handling must not be done on the perforated grille at the chamber entrance.
The hood is supplied with a stainless steel frame that supports it at a height of 815 mm.
