GENERAL INFORMATION:

The PF/JET filter is an automatic fabric dust collector, suitable for continuous operation (24 hours a day), with countercurrent cleaning of the filter bags. It can treat gases containing very fine dust, maintaining a very high collection efficiency, even for particles with dimensions in the order of a tenth of a micron. The filter panels are packaged in the form of bags.

DESCRIPTION OF FILTER MOUNTED ON THE SYSTEM:

Type: PES 500 AS ANTISTATIC STAINLESS STEEL FIBERS CS17; Polyester needled felt on polyester reinforcement with low filtration threshold, medium permeability, high tensile strength, antistatic for stainless steel fibers, external Teflon treatment. Weight 500g/m2, thickness 1.8mm, density 0.28g/cm. (full and detailed description in the use and maintenance manual), field of application: filters with compressed air cleaning. Filtration of even abrasive dust with small grain size, in environments even aggressive with weak acids, at medium-high temperatures, even in the presence of electrically charged or explosive dust or in solvent atmospheres. Max. Temp. 130°C with maximum peaks of 150°C. Dust load: 30g/m3
