PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Liquid filling line for plastic bottles, consisting of: an intermittent-motion, automatic filling/capping machine for filling and closing bottles and their feeders. The line is suitable for processing any type of pharmaceutical or cosmetic product and for a wide range of container types and closures, with a current dosing capacity of 200 ml. Highly versatile and modular in construction, this machine is well-known and appreciated for its robustness and reliability. Thanks to the ability to process different types of products using specially designed closing units and to work with many types of closures, Bausch Strobel filling/capping machines are highly versatile machines.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
Modularity, easy format changeover, and compact size. The technological solutions adopted, the quality of the materials, and the ease of use are the elements that guarantee the high operational reliability of this machine. The caps and bottles are fed to the filling machine, after which the individual bottles are positioned for processing. The bottles then arrive in succession at the dosing station with volumetric pumps, where they are filled. They then proceed to the closing station, where a cap insert is inserted and they are closed with screw caps. When the filled and closed bottles reach the exit, they are placed on the unloading conveyor, which feeds them directly to the next machine.
