MACHINE TYPE:
A single system for printing, checking, and verifying variable data on complete or flat cartons or bottles in matrix, barcode, and OCR formats. The machine can be connected to company databases for the reception and transmission of information. It is equipped with dedicated software for automatically connecting the system to the central database for automatic receipt of batch and expiration dates to be printed on the packages.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
The machine can be installed both inside packaging machines and astride a conveyor belt and is capable of printing and inspecting products at speeds of up to 500 units/minute with accuracy and precision. The matrix code is printed on the bottom of the plastic bottle or at the bottom of the product and contains information such as the product name, batch, and expiration date. Mainly composed of an electrical panel, two separate input and output conveyor belts, a MARKEM IMAJE 9030 inkjet printer for matrix code printing, a COGNEX camera for Data Matrix code control, and an industrial panel PC.
