The bottling line for sale as a whole, considering each component, is in very good condition. It is clean and shows no obvious or detrimental signs of wear.

The machine processes various formats of still wine, including: Bordeaux and Magnum corks 375/750; Magnum screwcaps 1.5; Bordeaux screwcaps 750 and Bordeaux Grandivini/Rhenana.

The machine is fully automatic in processing the glass bottles listed above.

Depalletizer
Let's start with the Bortolin Kemo automatic depalletizer, model depalterm SP/02/V;

it is the first one to feature a film cutter; all modifications were first tested and developed for this machine. The operator loads the platform onto a roller conveyor, which can hold three full pallets.

The operation involves cutting the first layer using a rotating blade that cuts the top at the flap height, thus keeping all the bottles compact. The platform is transferred to the internal conveyor belt.

The first layer of the pallet has a manual flap removal device where the flap is picked up. From the subsequent layers, the nylon is cut and suctioned from the opposite side. The machine separates all the layers and pallets and is therefore equipped with a magazine for them. This

very important ecological feature allows for the separation of plastic, wood, and paper. Sorted in the appropriate containers.

It can hold up to 1,500 bottles. The bottle is completely filled with water and soda as it passes through the waste trolley. It then moves on to a second rinsing stage. From here, a series of nozzles follow the bottle, both externally and internally, until it descends to be transported by the conveyor belt. It can perform both hot and cold rinsing, with the cold rinse being the last rinse.

This machine is entirely made of stainless steel and overhauled in 2006. All the chains, belt loading motors, and Teflon-coated guides for the bottle descent were replaced. This is a unique machine because it was made of stainless steel at the company's request as early as 1987.

The machine is well-maintained and in working order despite its age. There are no spare parts for sale, but they are readily available on the market.
