Machine Overview: ACMI RASAR D 200 S Depalletizer (2007), a conventional automatic layer depalletizer with a dual translating gripper system. The first gripper acts as a centering device to stabilize the underlying layer; the second gripper clamps and transfers the entire layer onto a polyethylene intermediate plate and then onto the discharge conveyor. Mechanical grippers handle the pads/interlayer pads. A column-mounted layer pad/top frame remover with its own dedicated loader is included. Complete with perimeter guarding, access doors with interlocks, and light curtains. Supplied with a stacker/store for empty pallets.
