This used isobaric filler features a mechanical valve, vacuum system, and pressurization and self-leveling system.

The used fillers are equipped with a Siemens PLC and can handle 0.75-1.5L formats. The

most recent maintenance performed on the filler includes:

vacuum and liquid overhaul, air manifold overhaul,
lifting cylinder overhaul, plus standard gasket and tap spring maintenance.

This used bottle filler will be in production until January 2022.

This used filler has a maximum speed of 4200 bp/h for still wine and 3200 bp/h for sparkling wine.

This depends

on the type and temperature of the wine in the tank before filling and the bottling machine
used. It is suitable for different types of formats and can also be purchased with
a Bertolaso ​​SBR single-treatment rotary rinser, with which it is synchronized, and with two Bertolaso ​​corkers:
a mushroom cork and a 4-head satin cork, a 30x60 aluminum Stelvin screw, and a classic aluminum screw cap.

The four blocks can be installed either in a straight line.

These fillers can be paired with the same electrical panel, but the respective peripheral panels can be used individually.

It can be constructed of a combination of aluminum, steel, and shatterproof glass or pre-existing glass with a thickness of at least 4 mm.
