The used RIVI 50-60-12 filling monoblock, built in 2001, integrates rinsing, filling, and capping in a single, compact 12,000-bph machine. It processes 0.5 L, 0.7 L, and 1.5 L PET bottles, with diameters ranging from 50 to 95 mm and heights ranging from 150 to 340 mm. The rinsing section uses 50 grippers to clean the bottles with filtered water or sanitizing solution. Filling occurs by gravity with 60 valves, ideal for still and sparkling water, and also handles some soft drinks. The capping section uses 12 Neck 1881 plastic cap heads, with an automatic feeder for 10,000–13,000 caps and torque control. The Siemens S7 PLC ensures automation and rapid adjustments.
