The used CUSTOM ALPHA 32-32-8 filling monoblock, built in 2004, bottles still and sparkling water in PET containers using an isobaric system. With a capacity of 11,000 bottles/hour for the 0.25 L format and a reduced output for larger formats, it is suitable for medium-scale production. It rotates clockwise and integrates the rinsing, filling, and capping sections into a single unit. The rinsing section uses 32 grippers for internal cleaning, improving efficiency. The filling unit is equipped with 32 isobaric valves with fixed nozzles, ensuring precise dosing and minimizing waste. The capping system includes 8 heads for plastic screw caps (types 1810 and 1881), ensuring a hermetic seal. It handles various formats, from 0.25 L to 1.5 L, adapting the speed according to the format. It operates at 380 V, 50 Hz, 6 kW, and measures 4200 mm (length) x 3150 mm (width) x 2500 mm (height). Equipped with safety devices and compliant with regulations, it will remain operational until the end of 2026. Reliable, efficient, and versatile, it represents an ideal solution for isobaric filling lines.
