MACHINE TYPE:

Specifically, the SM80 machine stacks parallelepiped-shaped products and inserts the resulting bundles into previously formed shipping cartons, which are then fed into hoppers.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
Semi-automatic monoblock capable of automatically and continuously grouping products into boxes and placing them into shipping cartons, which are previously picked from the warehouse, formed, and positioned open at the infeed. The cartons are then filled by the mobile hopper and pusher. Once the cartons are filled, two lateral conveyors, which maintain the correct squaring of the carton, convey them toward the outfeed. The machine stacks parallelepiped-shaped products and inserts the resulting bundles into previously formed shipping cartons. Built with a modular, load-bearing structure, it operates in alternating modes. This system allows the machine to operate while minimizing disruptions and waste. The machine is composed of three main parts:

The automatic stacker groups the products in the erector according to the predefined layout. The stacking section consists of a base, a product feeding conveyor, and a erector.
The carton erector unfolds the carton and inserts it into the erector to allow subsequent insertion of the bundle. The erector consists of a base, the magazine, and the control panel.
