It has 24 rinsing clamps, 28 GT filling nozzles, and 6 Arol cappers. The machine has recently undergone a complete overhaul. It also includes a vacuum pump and new water containers.

The used filling monoblock has 6 different formats for filling different wine bottles: 375, 750, and 1500. The

rinsing stations have a simple system for introducing water into the bottle, a single treatment in use. The pitch of the filling monoblock used allows it to process up to a 1.50 L bottle format, making it very versatile.



Specifications:
The still wine filler has a slight vacuum and therefore fills non-carbonated liquids.

These could be still wine or non-carbonated soft drinks; it could also fill juices if they are up to approximately 18% thick. The cupper is a satin-finish cork suitable for a 28 mm diameter neck.

The still wine filler on the underside of the gears is suitable. Therefore, no particular problems or wear have been noted on the filling monoblock used.

To transport the machine, a standard truck is required to also place the various equipment on additional pallets.

In today's market, the used Fimer monoblock represents a valid alternative due to its efficiency and ease of use.
