Mechanical spring-loaded bottle lifting pistons.

Tap level adjustment via central rack.

1-head corker for flush cork
with vacuum and gas before closing,

electrically adjustable height head.

Mechanical black cap feeder from below with long-lasting hopper. 1-head aluminum screw capper for 30 x 60 mm cap
with vacuum and gas before closing,
electrically adjustable height head.

Mbf pneumatic cap feeder with long-lasting hopper.

Base frame in painted iron and then covered in stainless steel.

Safety guards around the entire perimeter of the machine.

Bottle entry from the left.

Production approximately 3,000 bottles per hour.

Year 2006. CE marked.

Used until September 2021.

Cost of machine not completely overhauled but with a general check of the entire mechanical, electrical and pneumatic part.

Replacement of all filling machine gaskets.

With existing bottle formats and caps.
