Used Weightpack 2009 Filling Monoblock
Used filling monoblock built in 2009 by Weightpack. It reaches a rated speed of 15,000 bottles per hour.

It can handle 250, 500, 750, and 1000 mL bottles in PET or glass containers. The rotation direction is clockwise.

The machine has all the necessary safety guards, including user manuals with available inspections. It also has various spare parts.

This machine currently bottles edible oil in glass or PET, so a blow molding machine for PET preforms is also included. Currently in production for this type of product.

The filler has 28 weight valves, so the filling method is net weight scales; the nozzle type is fixed.

The capper has 8 heads and the type of cap used is Pilfer proof 31.5 and 24. While the dimensions of the plastic cap are 36 x 29.

The machine has been equipped with an additional chute to also process 31.5 x 48 caps (large capsules) and is aligned with the Nortan capper.
