MACHINE TYPE:
BOB PS1 BLISTER UNLOADER is a continuous, automatic, mechanically operated machine specifically designed for loading and unloading blisters. The system operates in two modes:
BOB MODE (Blister Out Box): in this mode, the machine works in conjunction with the downstream cartoner and unloads blisters from the cartons onto the cartoner's feed belt.
BIB MODE (Blister In Box): in this mode, the machine works in conjunction with both the upstream printer and the downstream cartoner.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
The BOB PS1 machine offers the option of selecting different work cycles:
BOB: the machine picks up the blisters from the cartons and unloads them onto the cartoner's feed belt.
MANUAL BIB: the machine operates in BIB mode, but the unloading of the accumulated cartons (similar to BOB) is manually decided by the operator.
AUTOMATIC BIB: the machine accumulates blisters automatically and re-unloads them automatically when the cartoner is active and the printer is stopped due to problems.
BY-PASS: in this mode, only the belt operates, which becomes just a passage for the blisters going from the printer to the cartoner.
The machine is equipped with:

The machine worked with the following blister formats: - for orodispersible tablets, in Aclar dim. 74x54 mm;
- for orodispersible tablets, in Alu Alu dim. 84x69 mm.
