EGIL 36 - Automatic bridge sawing machine for discs up to 625 mm in diameter with head tilting from 0° to 90° and orientable from 0° to 180°, complete with disc speed variator, fixed table in galvanized steel with wooden top, laser, set up for standard voltage / frequency of 400 / 50 Volts / Hz and intuitive program in the basic configuration
Automatic TILTING HEAD for inclined cuts up to 90° in replacement of the standard manual one, with automatic locking, precision reducer, brushless motor and relative drive, Tool Point control that interpolates the R and W axes to keep the contact point between the disc and the material fixed, adapting the position on the other axes in real time.

: HOUSING for discs up to 725 mm in diameter, with sound-absorbing covering, replacing the standard 625 one (the working stroke is reduced by 100 mm)
NON-ROTATING TABLE (maximum capacity 3500 kg) and TILTING from 0° to 85° (maximum tipping capacity 1500 kg) to facilitate loading slabs with a crane onto the bench, with hydraulic drive unit, structure with hot-dip galvanized steel legs and 1.8 x 3.5 m wooden platform - replacing the standard fixed table
