MACHINE TYPE: The Etipack automatic carton labeling machine is designed to apply self-adhesive labels to the top of products. INDUSTRY OF USE: Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices. SPECIAL FEATURES: The machine is controlled via an intuitive control panel with a display showing the machine status and control options. During production, the display indicates which products have been processed correctly and which have been rejected. The process begins with the products being loaded onto the infeed conveyor, which then passes through the machine to be automatically labeled and/or printed. A start photocell synchronizes the cycle mechanisms based on the product type and production speed. The machine is equipped with an automatic rejection unit that diverts non-compliant products into a bin. The finished products continue on the next line. Production data (total and partial quantity, number of rejects, etc.) are displayed on the control panel. The machine can store up to ten production programs, which can be modified if necessary. The electrical/electronic components are protected by closed steel panels. The moving mechanisms are enclosed within a perimeter protection made of aluminum and transparent plexiglass, with doors equipped with safety microswitches, which inhibit operation in the event of "open doors". The electrical power supply is disconnected with a lockable general safety switch. The pneumatic system is controlled by a control unit with a pressure switch and a ball valve for closing the power line.
