Part of the Sacmi Opera 400 AD 20-head Labeling Machine bottling line. It has 4 label application groups that can operate individually; therefore, it has 4 single stations, therefore 4 different applications. It can also operate in master/slave mode, 2 front and 2 rear.

It has a brushless motor system under the individual plates; this allows for the creation of any type of rotation, and everything can be controlled via the PLC.

It houses a Smart Lase 130i laser marker with a safety system. If the operator opens the doors of the used Labeling Machine and puts their hands inside, the laser stops immediately; this is to avoid injury to the operator. A dust extraction system is also connected to the laser, which activates at the moment of engraving.

The control logic checks for a hive and for broken or unleveled bottles at the exit.
