This system can produce bars up to 36 mm in diameter.
Coils from 5.5 mm to 16 mm.
It can produce bars from 8 mm to a maximum of 36 mm.
It is not possible to produce 6 mm bars because it is not productive.
The line is already set up to produce 2,400 kg coils by welding two
1,200 kg coils.
The maximum size of the billet is 160 x 160 x 8 m.
However, they worked with the 140 x 140 x 8 m.

The electrical panel and software of this plant were redone in 2016 by Cap.
Production was stopped in March and the operating conditions are very good
as per attachment
CONTAINERS:
For the shipment of this plant, there are approximately:
90 40-foot open-top containers, including 10 "HIGH CUBE" containers due to the
pieces
exceeding 2.5 meters in height.
10 "FLAT" containers due to the oversized and overweight parts
, making it an exceptional shipment.
