The used Krones PET bottling line can produce 0.50 L bottles in 24-bottle formats with clear film.

This is a 3x2 multipack, which allows you to have four packs of six bottles each.

The final package is produced by the last shrinkwrapper used.

Krones Still Water PET. List of equipment with some descriptions:
The blow molding machine is a leading Krones brand, a 10-cavity Kontiform S rotary machine from 2008;

a closed-circuit chiller is connected to cool the molds.

The filling triblock of the used Krones PET bottling line is a Sacmi piece of equipment.

This used filling monoblock can handle both still and carbonated water.

The Used Bottling Line machine is a neck-gripping model to prevent crushing of the preform; it comes with its own automatic cap loader and complete equipment for the 0.50 L format.

The labeler is always a Krones Kontroll type 745 for wrapping bottles filled with plastic labels.

Used Bottling, Pallet System section:
The Used Bottling Line features two shrinkwrappers for creating multipacks with 3x2x4 bundles.

The first Krones Still Water PET package is printed film and the second is plain film.

After arriving at the ACMI automatic palletizer, which proceeds to package the bundles.

The pallet is divided into several rows with the application of cardboard interlayers from the automatic warehouse.

ACMI Pallet also has an empty pallet warehouse that can store up to two finished pallets.

These are waiting to be picked up, in addition to the one currently under the pallet wrapper. In the Krones Still Water PER, the pallet wrapper with plastic film compacts the packages.
