The SPECIAL 411 MS MACC is a semi-automatic band saw for cutting solid bars and small profiles, offering high performance and excellent precision. Its sturdy structure gives the machine the necessary rigidity and precision to the cutting unit. The band drive is equipped with a two-speed motor and the special reduction gear complete with gear is made of bronze with a hardened and ground worm screw. The appropriately sized flywheels and the band guides are robust and made with sealed pilot bearings and adjustable widia plates. The electromechanical microswitch control can be used to tension the band by rotating the blade. Equipped with an accident prevention safety device on the flywheel cover and on the blade, the machine also includes a rotating table for supporting the material and a vice with a quick-approach device. Operation.
