Used Costec SFS/9 250 Blowing and Rinsing Machine, Year 2006, 2500 bph.

The Costec rotary blowing and rinsing machine has 9 nozzles and is complete with a single gripper for gripping and turning the glass.

The machine is in excellent condition; in fact, the previous owner has always performed the required maintenance.

This means that the blowing and rinsing machine is immediately ready for insertion into the production cycle.

How it works:

In the blowing and rinsing machine, the blowing phase occurs at the point where the bottle is inverted.

This facilitates the expulsion of foreign bodies from its Costec rotary blowing system.

It is entirely constructed of stainless steel and has two alarms for pressure drop and a cut-out for lack of pressure, fully adjustable as needed.

Currently set up for an audible alarm at 3 bar and a total cut-out at 2.7 bar. This is to prevent malfunctions during production shifts.

The doors are equipped with safety devices to prevent operator error, so if they are open, the operating cycle is interrupted.

A pressure reducer is supplied with the used Costec blower and rinser. The oil fan rotates from left to right, therefore clockwise, and its height is manually adjustable. If desired, a bottle lock can also be installed at the entrance.

The air circuit has been strengthened and speeded up when needed, allowing for more air to be released with greater force. Its compact size makes it easy to position anywhere.
