Complete Used Line for the Production of Pieralisi Oil, 2005.

This is a complete plant for the production of mainly olive oil. Built by Pieralisi in 2005, it can reach speeds of 7 quintals per hour. It is currently connected and can be turned on to see how it works.

It consists of three 7 quintal malaxers, a washing machine, a defoliator, a bin loader, a centrifuge, a separator, and a crusher.

This complete plant has been in operation since 2005 and has processed an average of 700 to 1000 quintals of olives per year. (150–200 hours worked annually) 6/8 quintals of olives per hour maximum.

Installed power: 30 kW.

All the machinery is Pieralisi, including the stainless steel washing machine. A Riello boiler is also available, included with the plant, which is used to heat the water in both the malaxers and the centrifuge.

All manuals are supplied by Pieralisi, along with safety guards and some spare parts.

This line is kept in excellent condition and has always been serviced as needed. Everything has been overhauled by Pieralisi and is ready for immediate sale.
