Output: 5,000 bottles per hour (on the 1 liter format), but can handle up to 9,000 bottles per hour with smaller formats.

The bottles are tipped by the operator directly into the elevator, the machine directs them and safely feeds a line automatically.

What is this bottle unscrambler for?

Typically used to increase the production capacity of the line to which it refers, these PET collectors require bottles to be poured in a disorderly fashion and the unscrambler system is activated.

This equipment can process different bottle formats, but each requires its own format changeover. They are controlled by a PLC and a dedicated program with specific recipes.

All the equipment, both new and used, has different dimensions depending on the speed of the line to which they are connected.

Bottle unscramblers ranging from 7,000 bottles per hour to 50,000 bottles per hour with very large silos are used.

Dimensions and Connections:

PET bottle unscramblers require ample space for installation, so the faster they are, the more space they take up. At the unscrambler exit, we always find belts that can be either air-operated or roller conveyors with a drive.

In the former case, this grips the bottle neck; in the latter case, the bottles are oriented from the bottom, a typical feature of cosmetic and detergent bottles.

In both cases, however, the bottle unscrambler's bottle exit conveyors will also be sized based on production speed.

Maintenance of this equipment used for PET collection is not difficult because it is a very simple machine.
