MACHINE TYPE:
Continuous automatic checkweigher for bottles, crates, and other items. The continuous automatic weight control machine essentially consists of: A base that supports the scale and the object transport device.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
The scale is inserted into a conveyor line for objects of any nature and shape to be checked. The passing object takes a certain amount of time to travel the entire scale plate; this time, although short, is sufficient for the scale to settle in a position proportional to the object's weight. When the object is about to leave the scale plate, it intercepts a light beam crossing the conveyor. The phototransistor receiver, thus obscured, sends the command to the electronic circuit to perform the weight reading at that precise moment. This weight value is immediately compared with the two values, lower and upper, set as the limits of the permitted tolerance. This comparison determines whether the machine accepts the weighing or not, that is, whether to let the object continue undisturbed, or to divert it or eject it to the right or left of its path, depending on whether its weight is found to be above or below the preset tolerance.
