TYPE OF MACHINERY:
The checkweigher for continuous weight control is composed of two structures housing the weight detection system, which the weighing conveyor weighs, and the system for diverting incorrect packages. There is an infeed conveyor that has the task of evenly spacing the incoming packages and an outfeed conveyor located downstream of the weighing conveyor, which contains the ejection device that has the task of diverting out-of-tolerance and unweighable packages from the line.

PECULIARITIES:
The scale is inserted into a conveyor line for objects of any nature and shape to be checked. The passing object takes a certain amount of time to travel across the entire scale plate; this time, although short, is sufficient for the scale to settle in the position proportional to the weight of the object. After reading the weight, the packages pass onto the output conveyor, which houses the diversion system. The machine is independent of the downstream machine. The speed of the conveyor belts is adjustable.
