DESCRIPTION:
The checkweigher for continuous weight control is composed of two structures on which the weight detection system on which the weighing belt weighs and the diversion system for incorrect packages are positioned. There is an infeed conveyor that has the task of evenly spacing the incoming packages and an outfeed conveyor located downstream of the weighing belt on which the ejection device is positioned, which has the task of diverting out-of-tolerance and unweighable packages from the line.

MAIN FEATURES:
The checkweigher is part of a conveyor line that checks objects of any type and shape. Crossing the weighing surface requires a certain amount of time. Although very short, this time is sufficient for the scale to assume a position proportionate to the weight of the product. After reading the weight, the packages pass onto the output belt on which the diversion system is positioned. The machine is independent of the downstream machine. The speed of the conveyor belts is adjustable.
