MACHINE TYPE: The material pass-through is a device designed to transfer products and components between environments with different cleanliness classes. Typically installed on the wall of cleanrooms and laboratories, at the optimal working height, it ensures safe and efficient transfer. During use, the components are transported with minimal pressure loss, preventing the passage of people between the two connected environments. SPECIAL FEATURES: The material pass-through, made of stainless steel, has a selection button to manage the process automatically or manually. The device is equipped with a black button to start the cycle, a green button to open the door, and two lights: a blue one that, when lit, indicates the opposite door is open, and a red one that indicates the cycle is in progress. If the load is inserted from the "dirty side," the washing cycle (laminar flow and UV sterilization) begins automatically once the door is closed. If the load is inserted from the "clean side", the door on the "dirty" side can only be opened when the door on the "clean" side is closed. During the wash cycle, the red light remains on on both sides to indicate that the doors are locked. The centrifugal fan turns on during the wash cycle, creating a uniform laminar airflow that helps remove particles and contaminants from the surface of the materials; while the UV lamps are activated to sterilize the materials, destroying bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms.
