SPECIAL FEATURES:

The heart of the pumphead consists of a specially constructed flexible pump tube that lies contorted against the inside of the pump body. The suction and delivery lines are connected to both ends of the tube via a flanged structure. At the center of the pumphead is a bearing-mounted rotor with two facing pressing pads.
In stage 1, the lower pressing pad compresses the pump tube through the rotational movement of the rotor, forcing the fluid through the tube. As soon as the pressing pad has passed, the tube returns to its original shape thanks to the mechanical properties of the material.
